I saw the concept on a Rachael Ray episode about kid-friendly foods and decided to replicate it for Jack's birthday party.
Salad-On-A-Stick
Bamboo Skewers
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
Orange and yellow peppers, in 1 inch pieces
Salami, cut in 1-inch rounds
Marinated mozzarella balls
Dressing for dipping (we used Ranch and Italian)
